In this series, the it list, we’re refining our recent must-haves so you can feel good about adding them to your cart-and giving them a place on your vanity.

Henry Rose Char Henry Rose Eau de Parfum

I’m a big fan of Henry Rose (the first EWG certified luxury perfume brand) and I was delighted, her 11th Char is a spicy, warm fragrance that smells of lush cashmere on a crisp autumn day. A sensual combination of tonka bean perfectly matches the freshness of ginger and patchouli, which causes soothing nostalgia. I get compliments every time I wear this fragrance, and it has become a pillar of my vanity.

Augustinus Bader the face cream mask

I apply this super-thin (almost transparent) fluffy cream three times a week and leave it on for about 20 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. A little is a long way, so you really don’t need much. After a month of use, I noticed the hyperpigmentation of my lightening face—thanks to the intake of vitamin C and the brand’s patented tfc8 formula. I also love the included mini fan to spread (and massage) the product on the skin. It’s such a small but luxurious addition to my evening routine.

Laura Mercier Perfector Foundation Weightless Real Flawless

This foundation is a skincare makeup hybrid that is undetectable on the skin, but hides just enough for a fresh facial shine without clumping or settling into fine lines. I love the oval glass packaging and the way the pump applicator dispenses just enough product for an average modular cover. Tayaba Jafri, Laura Mercier’s global beauty director, says that incorporating skin-loving ingredients (such as antioxidant-rich vitamin E) helps to achieve a healthier-looking complexion for that coveted no-makeup look.

Biological Research Lotion MC110 N 1

I asked my beautician Magda which product to add to my routine. Without hesitation, she recommended the Biologique Recherche to me right after I had applied my Biologique Recherche P50 PIGM 500. Designed to boost P50, this hidden gem helps plump up the skin, smooth and exfoliate fine lines and wrinkles, making my complexion radiant and rosy. I quickly saw a difference; it was the perfect addition this winter as I transitioned to my spring routine over the coming months.

RéVive Glow Elixir Moisturizing Shine Oil

I was looking for a product that I could easily mix with foundation or my Chantecaille CC cream. On recommendation, I tried RéVive Glow Elixir Moisturizing Glow Oil. It is super easy to use and gives instant results. After applying my CC Foundation/cream, I dab this oil in my hands and dab it on my skin, either with my hands or with the fabulous brush that came with the purchase. No additional make-up is required, as it gives me a pink shine that takes me from early morning training to work. The product is luxurious and moisturizing and is my new Holy Grail.

Charlotte Tilbury Matte Beauty Blush Baguette in Matte Pink

I recently got a taste of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty’s new blush wand, and it lives up to the hype. I’m not a big blush girl, as I just love a simple dew and a simplified makeup routine, but it’s the perfect product for a midday pick-me-up or a nightly makeup refresher. I love the matte pink shade.

Lawless Forget the Filler Cushioning and Smoothing Tinted Lip Balm

I’ve been a fan of Lawless’ forget the Filler lip gloss for a long time, and when the brand recently launched this wrinkle-smoothing balm version, I was the first in line. It is available in six buildable colors, ranging from pink marshmallow (a clear translucent pink) to sugar plum (a universal warm berry). At first I thought the four darkest shades were too harsh for me, but I was pleasantly surprised at how transparent and flattering each shade was. Also important for me is the deliberate list of ingredients, which also includes the branded maxi-Lip technology, which supports the synthesis of lip collagen, shea butter for moisturizing and Rosa canina fruit oil for softening.

Reason # 3 the Tinted broadband Serum SPF 50+

I’ve tried my fair share of facials and most of them are not worth reporting. Not so with Rationale, an Australian cult skincare brand that is based at Melrose Place in Los Angeles. Immediately I was addicted to their product diet, especially this tinted serum with SPF 50. The texture is unlike anything I’ve ever tried in an SPF—it’s slippery like hyaluronic acid without the film you usually get with an SPF. The tinted color comes from melanin and immediately gives a supple dew. In addition, it is easy to overlay with all the other serums and oils that I use daily. This is by far the most luxurious sunscreen I have found so far.

Concealer Face Second Skin Alleyoop Game

Despite the religious use of an eye cream, I have chronically dry eyes that do not go well with most concealers. In addition, I usually always have at least one outbreak that requires a few touches of a product with full coverage. Trust me when I say that my recent find, Alleyoops just dropped Game Face concealer, ticks all the boxes. The most impressive is the velvety texture that melts right into my skin and exfoliates it freely throughout the day. All thanks to the skin-caring ingredients such as aloe stem cell extract to action redness and dryness, as well as rose hips and sea buckthorn to retain moisture. It also comes with a convenient sponge tip that is integrated into the cap and has proven useful more than once.

Kosas Glow I. V. Vitamin-enriched skin lightener

I discovered the new Kosas Glow IV Skin Enhancer when I was looking for a solution for my dry skin, and although I was hesitant at first (I’m not usually a highlighter girl), I’m so glad I picked it up. This formula consists of glutathione, algae extracts and a moisturizing Botanical Complex called Vitaglow-D and is designed to increase the natural radiance of the skin over time. Although I can’t talk about long-term results yet, I’m really impressed by the versatility of this product-you can combine it with a moisturizer for full luminosity, layer it under makeup to create a pink glow, or wear it as a concentrated highlighter. I think they call this a win-win-win situation.

Tower 28 Beauty JuiceBalm Vegan Tinted Lip Balm

It’s a well-known fact that I can’t leave my house without at least three lip products (Malin+Goetz LIP Moisturizer and Charlotte Tilbury LIP Balm are two of the usual doubtfuls), but this new Tinted Lip Balm from Tower 28 is well on its way to becoming my new favorite. I’m already a fan of the brand’s Super moisturizing Tinted Sun Foundation, so it’s no surprise that JuiceBalm’s formula-a moisturizing blend of marula oil, shea butter and vitamin E— is also a win. Give him a few months and you can bet I have one in every purse.

I recently took a trip to Spain and France that included a lot of flight time—a notoriously difficult environment for sensitive skin like mine. Fortunately, I brought a travel-sized jar with a soothing mask of Fresh Flower restoration and called it the reason why my skin looked so good all the time. Made from a blend of soothing flower extracts, vitamin C and squalene, it’s luxuriously creamy and soft enough to leave overnight (or during a long flight). I’ve been using it daily for about a month now and it has become the part of my skincare routine that I’m most looking forward to.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Super Anti-Aging Body Serum

Dr. Barbara Sturm launched her anti-aging body serum earlier this month and luckily I got my hands on it. The serum is formulated with hyaluronic acid, glycerin, brown algae, peptides and more to moisturize the skin and reduce the appearance of stretch marks and aging. I apply the serum from the neck down every day after showering and was very impressed with the results—the fine lines on the neck and chest are less pronounced and my skin drinks the serum like a big glass of water. It does not have the consistency of a stick, which I originally expected, and acted as a substitute for my beloved body cream. I expect that he will stay in my personal hygiene for months to come.
